• ☺Light weight:

• ☺Easy Jointing:

  The most critical part of a pipe system is the “Joint”. It offers a great    deal of flexibility in jointing pipes

  like rubber sealing, flange, extrusion and butt welding. Electro –Fusion jointing is the most modern technique which makes the pipe line homogenous and absolutely safe against any Infiltration or ex-filtration. 

• ☺Impact resistant: HDPE pipes are of high impact resistance and flexible during earth movement in areas affected by Earthquake.     
• ☺No Corrosion: PE resists corrosion from water &  many chemicals.

  

• ☺UV resistant: Black PE pipes are permanently  resistant to UV radiations, therefore can be stored outside without pipe material being damaged.

  

• ☺Structurally strong:  Profile HDPE pipes are low in weight but high in static load capacity. The strength can be increased by simply changing its profile giving a very flexible solution and ensuring a robust pipe.
• ☺Smooth inside: No deposit, No overgrowth, No abrasion in comparison to pipe of other  material.
• ☺Rodent Resistant:   PE and PP are not nutrient medium for bacteria, fungi, and spores. Smooth surface of pipe does not give teeth of rodent’s sufficient hold to cause damage. In termite – affected area, no damage to PE pipeline by termites has ever been occurred. 

• ☺Durable: With all the above mentioned characteristics, the service life of pipe is guaranteed for 50 years where as calculated projected life of material is over 100 years.

  

Special Characteristics:

• With the help of Co-extruder, inner surface of the pipe can be made ( on customer’s request) of bright color (yellow blue or pink) for easy inspection.

• Normal length of pipe is 6 meter. It is possible to deliver already jointed pipes up to 18 meters which reduces  installation time.
